Duties and Responsibilities: A yoga specialist is a profession as a therapist using yoga. Yoga therapist are the instructors of yoga. Yoga is a form of exercise, as well a way to relax the mind and body of an individual. Yoga Therapist are responsible of using the yoga posture known as, asanas, that is used as treatment. This treatment focuses on treatment of the mental and physical of a well-being. As instructors they work with group or just an individual doing excercises. There teaching of exercise are poses, breathing, and meditation exercise. These exercises are great for relief of joint pain and relaxing your inner soul. They can be found in private offices, gym’s, private clinic,etc.

Salary: Yoga therapist make $40,970 - $70,180

Education: Education requirements for a yoga therapist are training and certain degrees. Some yoga instructors are required to earn a degree in what their specialty. They are required to earn a certification from a program that certifies them for the yoga certification. As for training, yoga instructors are required to practice yoga for at least 800 hours in basic yoga therapy programs.

Demand for this profession: 24% by 2020

Reflection: I would consider this as a future job. This job as a yoga therapist may not be at my top choice, but it is one. I would like to be a yoga therapist, because it’s a great thing to do throughout your day. Yoga is a great stress reliever. Also, yoga is a great way to keep calm and not feel so much tension in your mind and body. I may consider being a yoga therapist for it’s calm and form of exercise.

Chiropractor

Duties and Responsibilities: A Chiropractor is a career in the medical field. A Chiropractor is someone who works with patients who have health problems related to the neuromusculoskeletal system. This systems includes parts of the body of your nerves, muscles, bone, tendons, and ligaments. They are responsible to review the patient's medical history and be open-minded on their feeling of pain and feeling in their body. Lso, Chiropractors use X-rays and evaluations to see what is abnormal in the patient's body. Chiropractors perform therapy and treatment on patients to relieve pain.

Salary: $67,520 annually.

Education: To become a Chiropractor you must earn a D.C degree (Doctor of Chiropractic), and a postgraduate professional degree. Chiropractors can also earn their Bachelor’s Degree before applying to a required chiropractor program. Beside earning your degree, they need to become licensed and learn important qualities. TO become a licensed Chiropractor they are required to take the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners exam. Important qualities that can be very useful for a Chiropractor is decision making skills, communication, interpersonal, and be able to care for others.

Demand or Need for this Professiom: 17% by 2024.

Reflection: I personally do not want to become a Chiropractor. I chose to research the career job of a Chiropractor, because I know someone who is interest in becoming one. This career job interest me, because I wanted to be able to understand what others are looking into. I myself don’t know my choices for my future and I don’t know what I desire to do in the future. Researching this career gives me an idea of what others are looking into and desire to do in the future.
