Hard work pays off. Life is full of problems and stressors all around, but that can be reduced with time and dedication. In this quote what they are saying is that, effort you put into something will be what you receive. As said before, what you give is what you get. Hard work is setting goals and reaching them. Setting goals is aiming to that goal to reach what you want, but with time and effort. Knowing the benefit of one goal will not stop you from obtaining those obstacle to reach what you want. Hard work pays off and you feel good about it. Applying to hard work quality will be developed or qualities will be used. For example; determination, self confidence, perseverance, not giving up, etc. Life isn’t easy, so you won’t obtain what you want easily. You must work to earn what you want, it is not always the easiest.

A great example that can follow up this quote is my own life. I personally can say I follow the same path of our presenter, Janeth. I obtain my daily life and what I want to accomplish in my life planning goals journal. My life planning goals journal is my daily planner with a set of goals for each day, week and year. I can proudly say, this journal has really help me to be in the place I am today. For example, I am rank #1 in my class, I have straight A’s, I am confident, I am involved in sports,etc. This is only my freshmen year and I strive to do much more in the future. Some future goals I have for myself is to join leadership and make a change within myself and what's around me.

This quote is very relatable into my life. This quote is something i follow to achieve more and encourage myself to do more. Goal setting is what i can relate to this quote. This quote is very inspirational and it is the truth. What this quote is saying is that, your visual predication of you future all determines on how you create it. Therefore, the actions you commit is what will determine your future. To have a higher possibility to have something you desire in the future is to try to achieve it by little steps. Our goals is our visual for something in our future. Visualizing your future is what leads you to your goals. This quote is very well stated and if you plan to have something or do something in the future you must set your mind to it and achieve it. Every second we are making history, time flies way too fast, the future isn’t so far away from us. Actions determine destiny, so be wise on your decisions.

A great example that can follow up this quote is an individual who is careless with school. This individual is a CTW person. Because decision determine destiny, at one point he had a reality check. In this case, this individual didn’t care about school and was just a hypocritical person. At one point he realized that as he grows he realizes more, he had a reality check. This reality check change his ways, because he saw his destiny. Because he was CTW he saw his future as nothing but no success.

This quote is very clear stated, what this quote says is being a follower isn’t going to do much good for you. Doing what is not the correct thing to do will never be the right thing to do, even if everyone is doing it. Russell quote is very well stated and it does apply to a lot of what happens in the world today. As said by Mr. Nelson, doing what others do will never be the right thing to do. Doing what others do, especially if you know it’s wrong, will never make it the correct thing to do. The only thing it will do is just make the problem a bigger thing to handle. Choosing the wrong will always be wrong, even if millions of people will do it. We live by a set of rules and laws that contribute to the best for us, if not followed it can cause us problems leading to consequences. Choosing the right will never be considered wrong. Being a CTR person will lead you to a path of greatness. Don’t be a bad follower and do what you know is best.

A great example that would fit in this situation is peer pressure to do drugs. Doing drugs will always be bad, you doing it will not make it any better. Peer pressure isn’t always the brightest thing in the world, but we need to control it. Being peer pressured to drug is an act of CTW. In this situation you are forcing someone to do something they shouldn’t and you are encouraging them to do something that is wrong. The best thing to do is this situation is ignore it, walk away, etc to not commit an act of wrong.Who cares if everyone is doing it, wrong will never be considered right.

Bora Bora

Any place in the world would be, Bora Bora. Bora Bora is a small island found in the French Polynesia. Bora Bora is a small place part of France, it is also known as Tahiti. This small island is made up of 118 small islands in one. It is a fascinating place to visit for relief. Bora Bora is a animal free place. Their is not a single animal found there, it’s completely animal free. Another interesting fact about Bora Bora. it’s known as the “Romantic Island”, because of it beautiful peaceful isolation views. It’s a great place to be with someone really close in a very clean environment. On the island, it ocean is so divine. The water is so clear that you can see the animals in the water clearly. This island is in the top 100 best beaches in the world. I would like to one day attended a nice vacation with a family or friend at Bora Bora. A final fact, Bora Bora is a Hollywood destination. Many famous stars, actors, youtubers,etc have visited Bora Bora. I chose Bora Bora, because i always had a vision of myself visiting this place. Bora Bora looks like a fascinating place to visit. As a long term goal I would like to visit Bora Bora one day.

Duties and Responsibilities: A medical illustrator is a illustrator. In this career it is using art with scientist, physicians, and specialist to turn writing into pictures. What these professionals do is turning information into art to visually see the information. A medical Illustrator is useful for the visual learners. They are responsible for reading different information and turn it into a visual presentation. They are responsible for informing the specialist and professionals about the work. Medical illustrators work with medical professional, patients, the public, and marketing. Usually medical illustrators work alone or with teams, others work in medical schools, hospitals, and clinics.

Salary: $62,000 to $100,000

Education: A medical illustrator is to earn a bachelor's degree and a masters degree with a high diploma and their GED. The focus in the Bachelor's degree is on biological science and art and design programs. In the master's degree they study different arts and more science. As far from that, they need training and a personal interview. Additional courses include graphic design, computer graphics, drawing,etc.

Demand or need for this profession: 2% slower than average growth

Reflection: This career sounds like a great career. I am interested in this job and it grabs my attention. I personally would like to become one, because it seems something simple to do. To become one i would consider to evolve my drawing skills. I personally found interesting that their is a job like this. I make take in consideration as a future career.

This quote has a powerful meaning. What this quote focuses on is the way of achievement and great impact to your life. What this quote says is, your life depends on the good choices you choose to continue your life in a right way. This quote applies to being a CTR. When you choose the right you make nothing but good choices that help you continue on the right path. Your dreams and your path are two different things in your world. As for your dreams, you can be in the wrong path and not achieve. But if you are on the right path, anything is possible with effort. Karma is also involved in this quote. Karma is one thing that affects the way your path is going and your dreams and goals. When on the right path everything comes together and naturally, karma is always their. Choose the Right to get the right.

A great example that fits this quote is karma itself. Karma is a saying relating to pay back in a positive or negative way. Karma is a way to pay you back either the bad or good thing you have done. Basically, what you give is what you get back. Karma isn’t the best thing in the world, but you can make it the best. Karma is known for paying you back in a negative way instead of the positive. Karma is the main example and saying in this quote by Dr. Randy. Karma is what determines your path.

“Make Your Passion Your Profession”

My passion is sports. Sports is my first new thing i did for myself. My first sport is my first love. My first sport was volleyball. I find this sport a great way to relieve stress and  have a good laugh every once in awhile. I find this sport as a way to calm myself and think about something other than school. This sport has given me a new experience.  It's a great passion to do sports, because you get to have fun, get fit, meet others, and compete.

I think to make this passion my profession is to become a coach. A High school coach teacher others a sport they usually have experience in. A high school coach usually has experience in the sport during their high school and/or college experience. What high school coaches do is trained youngsters, teach strategies, conditioned them, and make improvements to the team to be the best. Coaches focus on improvement and strategy, but also having fun at the same time.

In the career job of being a High School coach you need to have experience in the sport. The education that is required is a bachelor’s degree and teaching licence. The coach can have a degree in physical education or anything related to exercise. High school coaches need to be CPR certified and pass a background check. For example, criminal records and drug use.

To be a volleyball coach you need to be smart, patient, and passionate on what you're doing. A coach needs to smart on the choices he makes. He need to acknowledge what he will do to train the youngster and how to improve them in no dangerous way. Also, a coach also needs to be patient. Not all students are not going to be the best to handle, but a coach needs patients for it. Patients is used to control and minimize any negative impact to the team and what they are learning. Finally, they need to passionate on what they do. Being passionate gives you reason to do what you do.

In conclusion, if i really want what i want i will go for it. In order to be the best i got to do the best and challenge myself. In order to have a career out of what i'm passionate for i need to train harder and get better. Also, i would go to trainings to become a volleyball coach or maybe even the volleyball athlete. To become what i want i will do the impossible to achieve.

Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities: Medical assistants are physicians who care for others in medical offices and clinics. As a medical assistant they use the computer for background of patients, they scedule appointment for patients, they handle laboratory duties,etc. Basically, a medical assistant works to find out everything they need to know and will soon learn for the patient. Some Medical Assistant duties include preparing the patient before analysis, informing them what they are about to do to them, inform them about their medications,etc. A medical assistant is your personal care doctor who informs you what will be soon happening and what they will do to you for your health care.

Salary: $33,971-$39,779 annually

Education: The education requirement for a medical assistant consist of a high school diploma, take college courses in the relation to science, anatomy, biology, and chemistry. Also, to become a medical assistant you need training. Usually new medical assistants get job training at their new job by another physician or trained medical assistant, but it is recommended to do as much training before. In the usually studies to become a medical assistant it takes at least 1-2 years for a class. Besides that, medical assistants are required to have degrees. Medical assistants should have an associate degree in medical assisting. To add on, a medical assistant need to pass a state exam to be certified for clinical task; blood draw, x-rays,etc.

Demand or need for this profession: 23% by 2024

Reflection: I would not like to study in the medical field. Therefore, I would not like to become a Medical Assistant. I personally see that becoming a personal assistant isn't for me because i am not so good with science. Science is one of my weakest yet strongest subjects i do. The medical field isn't for me, as well as studying in the medical field.

This success statement explain to never stop what is beneficial to us. Also, this quote is saying that we need to stop and get rid of all the bad habits we currently have. Choosing the Right is one way we can encourage yourself to do to start and continue doing what we should do. I quote, decision determine destiny. Our decision determine the things we do and the habits we will fall into. In this quote, Richard, is clearly saying we need to stop doing whats bad for ourself and start doing more often whats good for ourself. Courage is key. Courage will be used to help us stop doing the bad and start doing the good. With courage we help yourself to do the best for yourself. With the courage we all have that we used sometimes for the bad, we can use that courage to Choose the Right.

A great example that follows up this quote is CTR. Choosing the right is what will help us quit those bad habits and help us endorse the good habits into us.Choosing the right is the great way to encourage us and provide us knowledge of what is good for yourself. Choosing the Right helps us differ from what bad and whats good. Choosing the Right is a useful life tip we all can use to encourage us to do what is good. As for those who don't have the courage they fall under Choosing the Wrong. Those who choose the wrong are falling down on themselves to encourage themselves to do whats good.  Choosing the Right is beneficial in many ways. Courage is build when courage is use for the good. It is in our hands to make our own decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:  A kinesiologist is someone who studies on the human body. They are specialized in studying the function and movements of the body. In the career of the Kinesiologist their studies on the body include focuses on body parts, they compare those healthy to damage bodies , they do as much as they can to get involved.  The duties as a Kinesiologist is like a doctor to a patient. They are ask to be a precise as possible to help improve someone's well being. Also, they are responsible to inform you on way to improve you health and what is happening in your body. Kinesiologist are usually found in laboratories or in front of a computer. Kinesiologist work area is around this, because based on their certain assignment they must be precise on their analyzation and what they will inform their patients. As a kinesiologist they are required to be physically fit and educated in this field.

Salary: $26,000- $67,000

Education: To pursue in the career of a Kinesiologist they must take classes related to the human body and science. In this career you are required to have a Master’s Degree and your high school diploma. As for in train, to become a Kinesiologist you must be certified. To add on. The training for a Kinesiologist, they have programs. For example, they have Kinesiologist degree programs for the help of field experience and in concentration. These programs give an idea of what this career will be like and what to do.

Demand or need for this profession: 34% by 2024

Reflection: I am not interested in this medical career. I personally, do not want to pursue a career in the medical field. I believe this career isn’t for me, because the main focus of this career is the human body and its function. Based on my learning at the moment, i personally know that i do not fall really good in the focus on the human body.The kinesiology job description, you need to be very accurate which is something i will stress about. The human body is not one of my strength in science.

This three word statement is clearly said. From the words from Mark Twain,” Always do right”. What this statement is saying is to always choose the right. Being a CTR person gets you away from being a CTW person. Becoming a CTR person, you will always be able to identify the right from wrong. Having the ability of Choosing the Right gives you the ability to always do what is right. Doing wrong brings consequences, doing what is right brings you success and opportunities. Always doing the right brings you good in you life. When you do good you feel good. Choosing the Right is always doing right. Always doing the right gives you a good name and label on yourself. Good labels on yourself gives you a positive outlook to help you for a future opportunity and having good trust in others. Doing good helps you avoid the negativity and the guilt you can face, because your actions have consequences. When you do what is wrong, actions have consequences. These consequences can lead us to do wrong and have a bad image on yourself. Avoiding this can prevent mistrust of our bright future ahead of us.

A good example that will fit this quote is rules. Rules are given to us time to time and to add we have expectations. When we break rules and expectations others have for yourself we are doing wrong. Therefore, when we do what is right and follow expectations and rules we are doing right. Doing what is right will lead us to success. Other people in our life set up rules and expectation on us, because they know it will help us succeed. For example, teachers and staff members. Every teacher and staff member in the district and in high school want you to see each student graduate and have a future ahead of them. Every parent's desire is to see their children cross the stage and have a well future ahead of them. Always doing what is right will bring a good future.

This quote comes one of our leaders and successor of the United States of America, Mr. President Kennedy. This quote summarizes the importance of the effect physical fitness has on us. Physical fitness in important in my everyday life, it’s what gives me the energy to do what i do everyday. In this quote Kennedy clary states what we know from our history, the Greeks. The Greeks have proven to us on how much intelligence and skills can only function on a strong but healthy body. This statement opposing to the Greeks is very well true. What this quote clearly states is our actions, the more better actions we do to yourself the more we learn and become stronger. Physical fitness you can say is what we depend on for the day, it’s our source of energy to keep up moving throughout the day and complete to learn more. Besides the importance physical fitness has to do with creating intellectual activity, it brings us in good mood. When in good health we feel good and well rested, it creates the way you can respond with others. Physical fitness focuses on both your daily movement and the way we react.

A great example that fits with this quote by John F. Kennedy is communication. Everyday we communicate at least once or more times with one individual and/or ourselves. Physical fitness has an impact on both my daily movement and the way we react. For example; let's say one day throughout the week you got well rested, your calm, stress free, and you just feel relaxed and the world is just perfect and then the rest of the week it’s just the opposite. I personally have gone through this, and i get very cranky and mood swings when i am with others. I am not the true me at these times, it’s just not me and it;s not cool. Besides that, on the days i feel good i am like the  most energized and happiest person always smiling. The reasons for these different moods are affected based on my daily actions, like managing my time and going to sleep early. My daily actions affect your future physical fitness for the next day.

Health Sciences Librarian

Health Sciences Librarian

Duties and Responsibilities:

A Health Science Librarian is a person who provides medical information to others in any way with words on paper. For example, some of the tools they use to help inform others are medical journals, pamphlets, books, and the internet valid sources. A Health Science Librarian is basically a librarian , you go to them when you need information on anything related to the medical. These special different type of librarians work with patients, health informationist, students, and doctors to seek knowledge over somethings. You can find a Health Science Librarian in health organizations, pharmacies, health centers, medical school, and sometimes even at the hospital. These professional are expert in searching and finding valid information on what you want/need to know.

Salary: $52,000

Education: Health Science Librarians are required to have a graduated from High School taking the classes of math, english, typing, and science. Besides that, in college they are required a; 4 year Bachelor’s degree in the focus of science and computer science, Masters degree in library science (MLS) in courses about biomedical communication and resource use, and they need to be certified by the Medical Library Association for certification and examination to help the librarian advance in a higher and more suitable position.

Demand or need for this profession: 3%-9% increase by the next decade.

Reflection: I would not like to become a Health Science Librarian, because it falls under the medical field and it has to do with books. I in the future do not see myself as a librarian and even less more likely when it focuses in the medical field. I personally struggles understanding and keeping the knowledge about our own selves health and body  in mind. The medical field isn’t for me and under the pressure as the librarian it wouldn't help either.
